Today i had a pritty good day until 8th period. I have had a problem the last year. I get really sever migraines that immobilize me and i have to sleep to get rid of them. Today i promised my dad that i would work out with him, and i ended up getting a migraine. I still went and worked out with him. I think that showed good courage, even though i ended up being in excruciating pain the whole time. I honored my commitment.
